Would You Give These A Chance?- The Air Force 1 Low Purple Popsicle

The Air Force 1 low comes in many shapes and an almost endless number of colors that Nike still continues to push out even decades after the silhouette’s debut. Some colors work out really well and are remembered by fans forever while others fade away quickly with time. That is the beauty of the Nike Air Force 1 as its paneling allows for a number of customization options but that also leads to sub-par or even horrendous colorways being shown the light of way. Concept art is no different in that regard. Presenting, the questionable Air Force 1 Low Purple Popsicle!

One of the most famous shoes to date on a global scale is the Air Force 1 Low. They look fantastic on the feet and have become a mainstay for many fashion fans all around the globe thanks to exposure from numerous A-list celebrities. Since they were never truly intended for hoops, nobody even really uses them anymore. Initially designed for performance, Nike subsequently realized that these shoes were more about lifestyle and began including other materials, such as suede. The Air Force 1 Low is now one of the shoes that people alter the most, as well as one of the silhouettes that people utilize the most in concept art.

Coming to the design of this Air Force 1 low Purple Popsicle, it surely is an odd one. The hues consist of a mix of a dark purple upper with teal and rainbow hits. A royal purple hue appears on most of the shoe, starting from the toes and the mudguards. Side panels also sport the same hue with two small perforations. The toe boxes, on the other hand, are covered in perforations as usual. Moving up, the eye stays also sport the matching purple color while throats are a contrasting crisp white with lower teal lace ornaments with AF1 branding.

Throats are wrapped up in traditional white laces and lead up to a pair of pale tongues with clean white tags and black “Nike Air Force 1” branding. Sock liners, on the other hand, are teal and lead down to additional teal interiors and likely teal inserts as well. Another odd choice of colors is used on the side Swooshes. They feature a white backdrop with rainbow hues that cover it throughout. Clean white midsoles with embossed “Air” branding and teal outsoles finish off the design.
