The sheer number of impressive concepts on the Air Jordan 4 is continuously increasing which is a clear indication of how popular these kicks are. Sneaker concept artists constantly release new colorways for this silhouette and each time, they bring us something special. These concepts are either completely original or different takes on popular colorways such as the Jordan 4 Chicago, the Jordan 4 KAWS, and now possibly, the Air Jordan 4 Teal. Presenting, the alluring Air Jordan 4 Retro Reverse Teal concept! They may not be everyone’s cup of tea but they sure are head turners!
Considered by many as one of the greatest Air Jordan releases of all time, the Jordan 4 has become a fashion staple, and ever since the barrage of hyped colorways in 2020, it has once again reclaimed its status as one of the most popular Air Jordans. Although the sneakers were initially released in 4 original colorways (Fire Red, Cement Grey, Military Blue, and White/Black), there were also two others that never saw the light of day and continue to sit on shelves. Those colorways include the Olive Suede and the Black/Red. Although we haven’t seen anything similar from Nike in recent times, you can rest assured that concept artists have you covered possibly with a future release.
For now, they’ve presented us with this Air Jordan 4 Reverse Teal. Uppers on this sneaker feature a relatively monochromatic color with only a few hits of black across the shoe in various regions and crevices. A vibrant teal covers the tumbled leather on the mudguards, toe boxes, eye stays, collars, and the rears. Meanwhile, 4 metallic eyelet panels with a teal hue cover all 4 sides and are passed through by contrasting black laces. These laces envelop the teal throats that are wrapped in what appears to be mesh netting. Similar netting covers the side panels with more teal background that complements the laces of the shoe.
Throats converge into the matching leather teal tongues, contrasted by black tags and detailed with more teal Jump-Man logos. Black sock liners provide additional contrast while the interiors possibly feature black lining with black inserts and additional teal Jump-Man branding. Although barely visible, you can just make out the rear heel pieces that are seemingly also black, possibly featuring more Jordan branding. Finally, black midsoles with teal outsoles finish off the design. For more Air Jordan 4 concept art, stay tuned
