Fewer shoes continue to be as popular and, as a result, continue to have a respectable resale value. Even the very successful Air Jordan 1 sometimes doesn’t sell for the same price and isn’t as popular, particularly if it’s not an original hue like the UNC or Bred. Recently, there have been various concepts for shoes that are similar to the Air Jordan 4 Infrared but include slightly different hits, such as the AJ4 Metallic Red. Now, artists have created this Air Jordan 4 Reverse Deep Royal Blue, reportedly drawing influence from well-liked colorways.
The design of this incredible concept art features a combination of deep Royal Blue hits against white overlays. As the name suggests, these are highly reminiscent of the Air Jordan 4 Deep Royal Blue that was released in 2016 and features blue hits on the rears, eyelets, and triangular heel pieces but with grey toes. This concept features crisp white leather toes with deep royal blue toes and side panels and matching eye stays. The throats appear to be white mesh and are wrapped up in matching white traditional laces that are attached to 4 metallic grey eyelet panels. The tongues are constructed with white tumbled leather contrasted by blue tongue liners, Deep Blue tongue tags, and white Jump-Man logos.
Blue sock liners can also be seen along with matching blue interiors that likely lead down to either white or blue insoles with contrasting white or blue branding. Rears, although barely visible do seem to feature white heel pieces that likely don embossed Jordan branding. Side panels are also crisp white netted panels, complementing the throats and overlain by white leather triangular heel pieces.
