Universally Loved? The Air Max 90 Red Nebula

The Air Max 90 is still one of Nike’s best-sellers and continues to be sold out in many places. The impressive part is, Nike releases a lot of stock and a lot of colorways for this shoe yet they still manage to sell out quickly. Concept artists have the perfect shoe on their hands as the Air Max 90 has paneling that allows for a slew of customization options, making it a treat for creators and fans alike. This time, artists have come up with another banger that seemingly takes inspiration from the cosmos with a dark background representing the abys with bright red and orange dots that look like stars and nebulas. Presenting, the Air Max 90 Red Nebula.

We are certain that many individuals are still running in the 90s. The shoe has mostly moved into the retro/casual category these days. Retro Nike shoes are always popular, especially those from the Air Max range. For supporters of this kind of shoe, the AM90 continues to be one of the most well-liked models. Many pairs go unnoticed, but sometimes one or two do sell out. For instance, whenever the Infrared colorway returns, it still sells out. The shoe receives additional attention from Nike’s premium releases, high-profile retros, and rare collaborations. The Air Max 90 Nova pack was also a popular release and is reminiscent of this Air Max 90 Red Nebula concept.

This Air Max 90 comes in a very fiery design with a black background and shiny dotted overlays. Black covers the front parts of the toe while getting redder as you progress down the mudguards with red and orange specks reminiscent of the recently emerged pictures of nebulas. Down the mudguards are black cutouts with Air Max tags embossed on top that provide contrast.

The toe boxes, which are usually mesh, also appear to be similar with mostly black mesh and a few orange specks. Lower leather eye stays are also black and get tucked underneath black plastic eyelet panels. Black throats are covered by traditional black laces, leading up to black tongues, grey tags, and contrasting red Nike branding. Black sock liners lead down to matching interiors and, matching black heel pieces that are barely visible. Additional details include black cropped leather Swooshes on the sides while black midsoles and matching black outsoles finish off the design. For similar content and more, stay tuned!
