Concept artists are going all in with this luxury Fashion House x Nike/Jordan Brand sneaker collaboration and who can blame them for it? They’re absolute fire! We previously saw a Louis Vuitton collaborative art on the Air Jordan 4 University Red as well as a Gucci collaboration on the Air Jordan 4 and this time, artists are spicing things up with this blazing hot Air Jordan 4 Gym Red colorway with a Louis Vuitton twist! Presenting, the Louis Vuitton x Air Jordan 4 Gym Red that features an OG color blocking mixed with LV’s signature monograms.
Sneakers made in the past by high-end fashion companies like Dior and Prada were quite popular despite being pricey. One of the most expensive pairs of shoes ever resold was the Air Jordan 1 High and Low, which Jordan Brand and Dior created in 2020. You can purchase a vehicle for the cost of a Dior x Air Jordan 1 High! Some such notable partnerships include the highly sought-after and expensive Louis Vuitton x Nike Air Force 1 collection that includes a number of Air Force 1 Low and Mids. We now have the Louis Vuitton x Air Jordan 4 Gym Red that is likely influenced by them.
Starting with the upper, the colorways are reminiscent of the Air Jordan 4 Gym Red and University Red that feature a similar red-white color scheme. The toes of the shoe feature white tumbled leather for a clean start while the highlight of this concept is likely the toes that extend to the side panels and rears which don red leather with white Louis Vuitton monograms all over. The throats feature white netted mesh with red backgrounds and are wrapped up by traditional Gym Red laces that are attached to 4 metallic grey eyelet panels and black eye stays.
Moving up, large black tongues are contrasted by bright red tags embellished by white Jump-Man branding and red tongue tags. White sock liners lead down-to-white interiors and likely red or white inserts with additional branding. Although not visible from this quarter view angle, the rears also likely feature white heel pieces with additional embossed branding. The side panels feature more white netted panels with red backgrounds, complementing the throats. Meanwhile, titular Gym Red midsoles with black pieces and exposed Air Units as well as white midsoles finish off the design. For more content such as this, stay tuned!
